Super Tender Flame-Broiled Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

1 kilogram baby back ribs
1/4 cup butter (unsalted)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)

Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the ribs and set aside. Simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens. Roast the ribs and serve with corn muffins, carrots, peas and mashed potato.
